As an IT Project Manager, your key responsibility will be orchestrating MONDRIAAN’s own platform product development and coordination of other mobile app developments and their related systems.

You will manage the activities of the projects, including technical and administrative activities ensuring that the necessary information and documentation is available.

On a daily basis, you will be mostly working with the developers, PMs & external stakeholders. (NL, FI, DE, BE, HU clients)

• Identify external clients’ and internal stakeholder’s needs
• Prepare project plans, procedures and implementation schedules
• Recognise oncoming issues in a timely manner, communicate and consult with key project members
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Manage the production pipeline and provide revenue inputs for finances
• Create presentations for client meetings / organise and chair client meetings
• Calculate price estimations with engineers

Preferences

• Affinity to understand technology (mobile apps, platforms, Industry 4.0 solutions). Previous experience in these fields is a plus
• Commercial mindset
• Ambition to deliver above average results
• Fluent knowledge of other European language is a plus
• Experience to work in a Nordic business environment
