Client

MOM Park is one of Budapest’s leading premium shopping destinations, offering a curated mix of retail, gastronomy, and services. Beyond the physical space, the goal was to strengthen its relationship with visitors through a dedicated digital layer that connects people, brands, and offers.

Challenge

MOM Park aimed to extend its physical retail experience with a digital loyalty and engagement platform. The goal was to build a proprietary coupon-based system that could drive footfall and increase in-store performance, while also creating a direct communication channel with visitors. A key requirement was enabling user registration and audience segmentation to support more personalized, targeted messaging. The challenge lay in designing a scalable ecosystem that balances a seamless user experience with measurable business impact for both tenants and the operator.

Solution

We designed and developed an integrated mobile and backend platform that serves as the core of MOM Park’s digital engagement strategy.

  • Mobile Applications (iOS & Android): A seamless user experience where visitors can browse and redeem relevant coupons.

Coupon browsing in the mobile apps

Users can browse and redeem digital coupons directly in the MOM Park mobile apps. Offers are dynamically managed and tailored to ongoing campaigns.

Registered user profiles enable tag-based segmentation, allowing the system to deliver personalized offers and communication via push notifications and newsletters.

User profile and interest-based targeting

Apps allows users to set their interests, enabling personalized push notifications and targeted communication. This improves engagement through more relevant offers and messages.

  • Admin System: A centralized platform for managing stores, coupons, and campaigns. It also provides real-time analytics on coupon redemptions and campaign performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and efficient operational management.

Store directory with search and filters

Users can explore participating stores using category filters and a built-in search function. This makes it easy to discover relevant brands and offers within the shopping center.

Results

The platform introduced a unified digital channel between MOM Park and its visitors, bringing campaign management, coupon distribution, and performance tracking into a single system. Built-in analytics provide visibility into coupon redemptions and campaign activity, enabling more informed, data-driven marketing decisions. The combination of structured user profiles and targeted communication helps support repeat engagement through personalized offers delivered via push notifications and newsletters.
